Loman LR101

Loman LR101 is a versatile rutile titanium dioxide produced using the chloride process. It is treated with SiO₂, Al₂O₃, and organic surface treatment. This product offers an exceptional balance of chalk resistance, hiding power, and gloss, along with outstanding dispersion performance. Loman LR101 is suitable for a wide range of exterior and interior applications.

Package and Storage:

The product is a white powder, safe, nontoxic, and harmless. It is available in 25kg woven bags, craft bags, or 1000kg big woven plastic bags. During transport, keep it away from moisture and store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid breathing dust when handling and wash with soap & water if skin contact occurs. For more details, please refer to the MSDS.

Packaging: Titanium dioxide should be stored in sealed, moisture-proof packaging containers to prevent the ingress of moisture, moisture and other contaminants.

Temperature: Try to store titanium dioxide in a dry, cool environment, away from high temperatures and direct sunlight, to prevent chemical reactions or loss of properties.

Avoid Moisture: Moisture is titanium dioxide's main enemy, causing it to absorb moisture and clump. Therefore, contact between titanium dioxide and moisture should be avoided as much as possible, and desiccants such as silica or drying ovens can be used to absorb moisture.

Avoid vibration: Try to avoid titanium dioxide from vibration and severe shock to prevent particles from rubbing against each other or breaking.

Classified storage: If different types or grades of titanium dioxide need to be stored, they should be stored in classified categories to avoid mixed use or cross-contamination.
